Standard Bank
Terrible Service

This is now my third request to standard bank for my overdraft. Every time I contact standard bank I get told that someone will phone me back and it and it never happens. I've been a prestige banker with standard bank for some time and this is my first request to standard bank and I'm shocked by the service I'm getting.
