Student Loans - Worst Service I have ever received

I have had a student loan with Standard Bank since 2011, upon graduating in 2012 I called the service center to confirm I needed to provide a copy of my Diploma. I was told that my interest rates are quite low so this was not necessary.

This year, fed up with the lack of communication within Standard Bank, I went into Standard Bank Northgate who told me this was completely wrong and I had to bring in the diploma. A Completele Inconvenience I returned the following weekend and handed my Diploma to a gentleman who said that he would give this to a lady by the name of Michelle.

I phoned to get my balance this morning and no certificate was reflecting on the system, the lady argued that this was not necessary but as per your terms: "What else do I need to know?
"We would like to know how you are progressing with your studies and would
therefore like to see your marks and proof of your qualifications by 31 March
every year or within three months of completing your current academic year
of study. This will enable you to take full advantage of any preferential interest
rates that you are entitled to"

Why am I continuously told different things? This is UNACCEPTABLE & DISGUSTING SERVICE
