Quick to debit your account but not to refund!!

On the 18/06 the transferring attorney over paid our bond. We were told we would get a refund for the balance. On the 01/07 the bank debited an installment even with account being in credit. I was told it would take 7-10days for refund. Its is now the 16/07 and the callcentre is unable to confirm when I will be refunded and if the refund will include interest earned for the last month! So glad my new bond is not with the useless bank!
