I've been struggling with std bank for more than a year to stop my debit order as my bond gets paid via salary deduction. They keep debiting my account and have left me with the unpaid charges. I emailed them the proof and requested they reimburse me to my account as the account is sitting in a negetive balance. they responded to me telling me that they will not refund cause the debits bounce and i must get reference numbers to prove i have requested. the call centre can see i requested but the blady email consultants are too blind to see. Now this stupid sister inlaw of mine instead of paying FNB she goes and pays R3400.00 to std bank, i send them the refund letter as well as payslip as proof of salary deduction. they still refuse to refund saying my account debit has bounced and they want FICA. now in the name of our Lord and savior, if i have a bond and i confirm my address is that not fica. so i must ask them for a bond statement to confirm their own properties address cause i dont own it till the bond is at R00.00. what the more do they want. how much more stress must i take from these dumstruck nimwhits??? Please help
