Poor customer service and ridiculous arguments

Discovery insure is good at charging money but extremely poor in providing services they promise customers, I came to this conclusion after third time of dissatisfaction. Also sounds like agents are trained to ripoff peoples money coz they give diff reaons to delay help, each time they we call as they throw us between depts.there is no value for customers money & time.below are hassles we faced.
1.In 2011 some body knocked us on one way and he was guilty in front of police and gave his details in the report, when discovery fixed car they took 2000 rands excess amount which they supposed to refund after recovery and that didn't happen till date. When enquired they said they didn't find him.
2. My car clutch broke in JHB cbd 2 months ago and it took 6 hours to get towing and we were on call with different depts and also they bargained for partial payment and after freaking out and fighting for our right they towed free but costed time!
3. Today we lost key for my car and when we called discovery they said I need to pay 750 as excess, where my policy says 500. They also deny to pay full repair cost and bargaining for 5000 limit. But policy doesn't mention that. Please help!
