Can some1 please explain to me whats happening on my account. I received my statement for June 2013, which had a installment of R270.89 i paid R300 on 12 July 2013. The accounts department is telling me i owe R16 which i cant understand why. I have paid more on my account but still it says i must still pay more (CONFUSED).
I was on the line with some1 who tried to sort out the problem, but he kept me on the line for more than 15 minutes and still i don't have an answer because i dropped the call.
Please if some1 have an answer contact me because this account never gets little.
