I've paid for my graduate photo but still nothing!

My graduation was on the 16th of April this year, I made payment for my Grad Photo on the 04th of July and the University was closed for Holidays and they opened onteh 16th. It says on the Graduate Order Form and the DUT Website that it takes 10 working days for this to be processed! Now I understand they have tons of order to process but what's frustrating is that they do not answer their phone and they don't respond to their emails!!! I've been calling countless times since the time I placed the order and I was lucky on the 31st of July someone picked up, spoke to her and she asked me to send the email again, I did. She (Thobeka - the name on the email signatures) said she was going to process the order by Monday latest. It's been weeks!! I've sent emails and I call everyday hoping some1 will answer but NOTHING! I actually just want my money back now the way I'm so sick of this. I would be okay if someone just responded and told me what was going on, I don't mind waiting as long as I'm being told how my order is going? If it's been processed? WHATS HAPPENING?! I'm very disappointed not at DUT but just that Department.
