I went to deposit a cheque I received from the USA, i filled out forms and left the cheque at the bank without receiving any documentation myself. They told me it would take about 4 days and that was Saturday the 6th of July. They said they would call me and I did not receive any phone calls!! Went into the bank today, 15th of July, to find out what happened and they said it was escalated twice but still do not know what had happened. They said they had to wait for someone else to approve it. Its always the next persons problem and the most they could do was call someone that still did not resolve anything. I am frustrated that the cheque is still on the desk in the bank and no one can tell me whats happening just that there is this lady that needs to approve it and she is currently on leave but she was not on leave when I first gave the cheque to the bank! Now I am once again waiting for a phone call that is going to solve what?!?!?
