I switched from ABSA to FNB a month ago and it has been the best thing I have ever done! They switched my debit orders for me and I was kept informed every step of the way. The transition was seamless and hassle-free. My banking fees are half of what I am paying at ABSA and I am looking forward to earning fuel rewards and e-bucks (which I have never had). Kay was so awesome and efficient in helping me get set up - she even offered to fetch documents from my home when I wasn't sure that I could bring them in in time.
Now this is how banking should be! :)
