DEBIT ORDER GONE MISSING -FUNDS NOT IN CREDIT CARD

DEBIT ORDER TAKEN FROM MY ABSA ACCOUNT ON 10-06-2013 BUT THE FUNDS NEVER REACHED MY NEDBANK AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS SENT TO NEDBANK CARD DIVISION, COLLECTIONS DEPT AS WELL AS THE COMPLAINTS DEPT. I FOLLOW UP MOST OF THE TIME AS I ONLY RECEIVE A MAIL OF CALL ONCE A WEEK ADVISING THAT THE MATTER IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION. I HAVE SUPPLIED THE NEDCARD DEBIT ORDER REFERENCE SINCE MY FIRST CALL AND ALSO A COPY OF MY BANK STATEMENT REFLECTING THE DEBIT ORDER REF. I FIND THIS REALLY RIDICULOUS AND WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR ALL MY CALLS AND CHARGES AS WELL AS THE AMOUNT NOT REFLECTING IN MY ACCOUNT. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT 35 DAYS WITHOUT A BANK BEING ABLE TO LOCATE FUNDS THEY TOOK FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CHARMAINE AT TEL: 011 294 0289 WHO AT LEAST ACTS PROFESSIONALLY ALL THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS SHOULD GO FOR TRAINING ON HOW TO GIVE FEEDBACK, RESOLVE QUERIES AND KEEP CLIENTS.
