I want my money back asap, yes my account is in arrears but u cannot take my whole salary. We had a arrangement in place. I want a manager to call me back asap I want this sorted and if I dnt here anything I will take legal action.By law u are not supposed to take more than the agreed amount, I am highly upset and disgusted wit the service I'm getting, I called collections still waiting for a manager to call me back. They asked me to send a statement I did and all I got was sorry you can't get your money back cause you account in arrears, I know that, that's why I have an arrangement in place... Call back asap
