MI Way the most pathetic service you will receive

I have recieved the most pathetic service from MI Way insurance, firstly they only tell you that you not covered for certain claims when you call in to claim even when you discussed the policy with their agents you were indicated that you do have cover.
When you can in to cancel the policy after the appualing service you receive from them, they place you on hold as their cancellations department is so busy, they take your details but you never receive a call back. After many efforts when i did get through to them, they now require a 30 day notice period, which was not diclosed up front, and eventaully decied that you not covered for the rest of the month even though your premiums were paid in advance for the month. Can only imagine what it will take to get a claim settlement done with service like this.
