Terrible service

Firstly, to-date, I have not received any documents from Legalwise - not even a membership card.
Secondly, In May 2013, I seeked assistance from an advisor located at the JHB, Ghandi Square branch. I was told I would recieve assistance with my matter & I was given false hope. I made another apppointment with the advisor. When I arrived at the branch. I was told the advisor was not in. I was not give any prior notice. To date, I have not received any feedback. I would like my money back for all the months I have been paying for services not provided as promised. I will seek advice from a firm that respects their clients.
