Utterly bad service!!

I have been with Legalwise Platinum for a while now, I pay my monthly fees on time every month. I handed over a matter to a gentleman called Jean at their Head Office, to date my problem still hasn't been resolved. I keep being promised that my calls would be returned and to date no one has phoned me back, every time I phone all I get is excuses. I think all the premiums I paid back would have been enough for me to seek assistance elsewhere where someone would have actually made an attempt to assist me and getting me problem resolved. I have never come across such poor customer services. False advertising and empty promises is all Legalwise has offered me thus far. I am seriously considering contacting the consumer protection act as I am paying for services that are not rendered. I have been suggesting to my friend to join legalwise to have a legal back up when things get rocky. but now I am second guessing do that as the service is pathetic and poor and frankly I would not tell anyone anymore to join a company that just eats your money for free every month. I think I should maybe rather join Clientele legal as it seems they get better ratings than you. Utterly disgusted!!!
