My first contact was on the 30th of October 2012 to advise of the need to do a name clearance and that never materialised. I again made contact in 2013 January to follow up on the request I had done and both occasions, the person who was responding to my emails was Anja Oberholzer - Branch Manager: Cape Town. She had promised that a legal advisor would contact me for assistance on the matter. To date I have received no contact from anyone to assist me with the query I had. I find this type of service appalling to be paying to receive a service for so long and when you actually need it, you are not getting the rewards of the service you pay. I would still like to get assistance with this query as it is still open.
