Payment of Home Loan

I have received several phone calls from Nedbank Consultants since the 11th June 2013 claiming that I have areas in my account. They requested that I contact our finance department to request for a batch printout and faxed it through to them. I also went to our HR department to request a printout as a proof of payment from the month of May until July 2013. I faxed all requested documents stating the proof of payments to the fax number that I was provided by the Consultants. I thought since everyting was quete and they never contacted me, I took that the matter has been setteled. To my surprise on the 11th and today the 12th of July 2013 I received phone calls that I have areas in my account of more than R3000. My monthly re- payment is R1850 or less but I am paying R2300 on monthly basis. My worry is that they are giving me the bad ITC record, whilst the money is being deducted from my salary by stop order every month. When I fax the required documents I dont even receive the acknowldedgement of receipt until the 15th and receive phone calls claiming that I have arreas in my home loan account. Please help this issue is frastrating me!!!
