Suspension of a paid account

Every month Multi choice would suspend my accound even when im up to date with my payments. They always claim not to have received my payments. This has n since the activation of my account on February 17.this year
firtsly they deactivated my account claiming that i have not paid my february subscribtion service, i faxed and e-mailed my proof of payment, again in July claimong that no payment was receivd in June again i had to phone and and email the proof of payment now recently im being told that my payment for May is outstanding, i have faxed and e-mailed the proof of payment but i have not received any communication up untill this morning when i woke up to find that my services/account has been suspended. Im so over this shame, i might as well deactivate it completely and move to others. what is saddening is the fact that i have to BEG them to provide me with a service i have paid for. the endless phone calls and emails are costing me unnecessarly so. Multi Choice i demand that you fix this NOW.
