Standard Bank harass the wrong people!!

Standard Bank loans dept has been sending sms' and calling me daily since January 2013 regarding a Mr Abraham Titus' outstanding personal loan. I have no idea who this man is and why my telephone number is on his profile. I have requested numerous times to have my number removed from his profile and am assured by the personnel that it has been removed. BUT TO NO AVAIL, they continue to harass me. I have spoken to team leaders, supervisors and even phoned head office where a Nozipho (ref 39888335) assured me that she would sort it out and get back to me by close of business on 09/07/2013. It is now 12/07/2013 and no response. I called again this morning looking for her and spoke to someone else (ref: 39963808) only to be told that I need to speak to yet another dept. I was transferred to general banking whereby I was told once again it would be forwarded to the teamleader!!!
In this day and age with RICA and FICA etc. surely they can 1) see that this telephone number is not registered to him and 2) find him via his ID book and proof of residence.
They have wasted my time and telephone bill and still no action - DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
