Automated Spam calls

For the past two days, my business: MAP Furniture cc 0114621173, has been receiving automated calls from Standard Bank saying "Dear customer please contact 0861498468 re your overdrawn Standard Bank account". As I bank with Standard bank, both personal and business, I phoned the number only to discover this is for a "P. Ngwenya who works for GrainWave". I do not know a "Ngwenya or a Grainwave"!
My problem is Std Bank are sending out spam automated calls to companies, when the spam is not addressed to anyone in particular, thus how in is a switchboard operator at a large company to know who to pass the message on to. Come on Std Bank get your act together! This is embarrassing!
I have phoned requesting that my telephone number 0114621173 be removed from their customer "Ngwenya" profile as it is incorrect, only to be told it will take Std Bank five (5) days to do the change???
