Standard Bank
3 Complaints and no one has contacted me from SBSA

This is the same complaint that is now 3 complaints in... Standard Bank does not contact it's clients to assist them even when standard bank assures that they will contact you... please read my other two complaints over the exact same issue and get back to me Standard Bank...

Please note: I do think the actual Branches are good at SBSA, and I think that comes down to the managers running their branches at a very high standard... it is just the online support and call support that is absolutely hopeless. I am now dealing with my original issue through a Branch but I want to hear from Standard Bank over this issue of completely dropping clients when it comes to their support centre.
