Standard Bank harassing Employe

We are a contracting firm and use a cellular telephone to conduct all our business.
An employee gave up our PRIVATE COMPANY CELL NUMBER as his personal cell number - which is against company policy.
The employee is in arrears with regards to his Standard Bank loan - our company is now being called and sms'ed several times per day regarding the employees arrears.

We have REPEATEDLY requested that our number be removed from the employees profile - however Standard Bank refuse and just keep harassing our admin staff and HR manager.

We will no longer tolerate this harassment and will, if necessary, hand the matter over to our lawyer should this post not solve the issue.
