On Sunday the 27th of October 2013 I withdrew R1000.00 from a Std bank ATM at the Caltex Garage in Oaklands but I only received R900.00.
I logged this complaint with Std Banks Customer Care on Monday the 28th of October and received the usual reference number and was told it would take 5-7 working days to resolve.
I called Std bank customer care today and qouted my reference number only to be told that the person who initially logged my case had done so incorrectly and that the matter has been closed ;( ...
The consultant who I spoke to today has now supposedly escalated the matter but I will not be holding my breath ..meanwhile Std Bank have R100.00 of my money and provided shocking service to boot.
