Vehicle with repairer since february

My vehicle was taken in by the repairer almost 5 months ago and is still with them.i have not received any feedback or communication from them except for when i go there personally or call them myself.the vehicle is still being repaired and it is already june.i am not happy with the service received and am unhappy with the way the vehicle looks as i have seen the condition of the vehicle.the repairer is an approved repairer by many motor brands and better service or communication was expected by them.please assist me with this query as i am very unhappy
