32 days funds that cant be accessed

Good day
i need to access funds in my 32 days account and i called fnb was advised that i could access it but theres a fee that i needed to pay. when i went to protea gardens, the consultant told me that ill have to wait till month end june to access the funds. unless if i have some documents as proof of what i wanted to do with the cash. im at my wits end . because i really need to access the funds as in now.

could someone assist me please
