WISH I NEVER APPLIED AT THAT BRANCH

I applied for a loan on the 29.08.2013 and was told telephonically that I should take all the paperwork needed and go to the bank to finalise the loan. The very next day i had gone to my nearest Branch and due to a small technicality i was told that i would only receive the money on wednesday the 04.09.2013. The issue was that the bank did not have company i work for on their system. it has been a week already and the company i work for is still not set up. i have not received the money and i have no clue when i will receive it. whenever i ask the person assisting me when will it come through i am told: " i dont know". the point of a loan is because you urgently need money and with african bank you are promised fast service and a quick payout into your bank acc. i have had neither! this is really frustrating.
