I am so tired of FNB's incompetence now.
I ordered a laptop online, and instead of my laptop application going through, I rather received a notification stating that my new cheque account was successfully opened. I never even applied for a cheque account, because I already one.
I immediately called the call centre, and guess what, instead of cancelling the additional account, they instead cancelled my cheque card that I was using. To date, I have not received a replacement cheque card, and the call centre agents have a totally don't care attititude.
All I want is my card so that I can continue banking, but FNB doesn't give a dam, as long as they get their monthly fee, they don't care.
