I have a Silver Cheque account with FNB. OR rather I use to have a Silver Cheque account with FNB as they decided to convert the serves to a smart Cheque account instead without notifying me. Since the changeover my card was lost and I had to get a replacement card. When I went online to verify my card with Visa the tab didn't exist. When I went back to the bank I was told I needed a Gold Cheque account and I do not qualify and therefore I cannot register it but I could phone online support and they can verify my newly issued Debit card. After phoning online support and talking to 7 consultants and getting cut off by two I finally was informed that I need a Cheque card and that the only way to get that is to qualify for a Gold Cheque account.

Why was this Service taken away from me and why wasn't I notified. This kind of service is appalling and FNB seems content to shrug their shoulders because it's not there problem. I am properly disgusted with this service.
