A month later & still not paid for the work done

I started work on 25 June 2013. it was meant to be a 2 week contract that was extremely urgent, and all 6 of us worked really hard. After the first week I asked about being paid, and I was given some silly story, so I told him I didn't have the money for petrol to get to work, and I quit. The rest of the people went on working. the contract finished on the 8th July, and as yet nobody has been paid!!
According to the last time I contacted Moleka, he has invoiced the company and once he gets paid, only then will he pay us. I have never heard of such nonsense. The job was urgent, but paying us who had to do this job urgently apparently isn't an issue at all!! The reason we took the job was because we urgently needed an income.
