Outsurance
Outsurance refuse to pay to fix my roof

I have damage to my ceiling and I therefor contact my insurance who is, to my regret, Outsurance. They have send someone out to have a look and just refuse to fix this. They recon it is worn out over time and therefor cannot be fixed. What about when a geyser brakes which is also failing over time???
