The worst unproffesional debt collectors in south

I had an account that was handed over to SRS & Associates registration number 2004/077672/23 based in durban. I have been calling them and sending emails to them requesting a statement so that i can be able to settle my account. I get very rude service from this people, its either they hang up on me or shout at me, one lady even sweared at me. i have proof of all the emails i have neen sending to them with no response. They never give their names and it makes it difficult to escalate the matter. I am even scared of making payments to their account because they seem so dodgy. Please assist.
