Account handed over to 2 different debt collectors

I have been receiving phone calls from Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates for my Discovery Health account claiming it has been handed over to them. This is very confusing as ITC Business Administrators also claim my account has been handed over to them (reference number 13300722). Ive made one payment to ITC Bus Admin and requested a statement of this account and to date have not received it. I have since stopped paying. Now I get calls from Shapiro Shaik call centre claiming my account is with them and they will charge me R19 for every phone call even after I told them my account is with ITC Bus Admin and to stop calling me. I also asked that they contact Discovery to clarify why 2 different companies has the same account. As much as I want to settle this account, I will not pay 2 different companies for the exact same thing.
