NO YOU ARE NOT JUST DOING YOUR JOB

Well, let's see.. today 31st December 2013, I receive an email from PRS & Associates at 5:49 in the morning informing me that they require payment on account handed over to avoid summons and garnishing order to be in put in place.

Firstly Mrs C, De Beer, if you did your job properly, you would have checked your bank statement to see that this account was paid in full 11 days ago, WOW, how did you miss that???

Secondly, I dont care if you and your accounts lady have been on leave, again you should have cheked your bank statements before sending out emails, is there not a procedure that you should follow??? Again you display such incompetance on your part and make your company look like fools.

Thirdly this line of business is not right for you as you clearly do not know how to speak to people and should learn to be more tactful and polite.
