Inacurate Statement issued

My loan account statement from SA Muliti Loans which was issued via Flemix & Associates Inc is to my dismay incorrect. I have informed Flemix & Associates accordingly attaching my bank statements as proof with a detailed email supporting my facts, but received no response from them yet. I was inconvenienced by having to collect my bank statements to expose the in accurate statement issued by Flemix & Associates. I urge them to correct this error on their end as there are 5 payments not reflecting on their statement in contrast to my bank statement I provided Vuyokazi from Flemix & Associates with. My other concern is that during the months November and December (2012) a double deduction was made from two different collecting agents for this account which inconvenienced me by having to visit my bank and requesting them to return one of the instalments respectfully due to me. I understand that creditors have a right to change debt collecting agencies when the agent is unsuccessful in collecting payment from the debtor. That being said I fail to understand how my rights were infringed upon with my account being debited twice by two different debt collecting agents for the same account.
