Receiving someone else statements

I continuously receive someone else's cheque account statements via email. I have emailed Absa notifying them of this, but still to no avail. I do not wish to receive this person's cheque account statements, and I am sure he does not want me receiving it either. Please contact me so I can give you the details to sort it out, as I do not want to post it here.
