Placed Under Administratorship And Left For Dead

Under Case No. 26135/2005 Nedbank Ltd. launched an ex parte urgent application to the then High Court Of South Africa (Witwatersrand Local Division) for an order, inter alia, appointing Nadya Treivush and Konrad Rosen as joint administrators of the Body Corporate Of Limpopo with all the powers of the Trustees and of the Body Corporate.

The term of the joint administrators appointment was for a period of 24 months from 27 October 2005 - they are still here and nothing has changed.

Our complex has in fact gone backwards with almost every owner facing legal action as a result of incorrect billing.

Nedbank condemned us to the whim of these administrators and has not followed up on or monitored the progress of the administrators - When last if ever have the books of the management Agent (Prime Properties) been audited?
