My husband phoned Sanlam to reinstate a Sanlam policy and to have our Will drawn up. Somehow we got to Lani Lategan who made an appointment with us and made s hugh impression on us with his 'knowledge' and promises to get back to us 17 June 2013. 17 June 2013 came and went and 1 July 2013 I decided to follow up. I immediatley had a call from him that he had made a mistake and it was 17 July 2013 that the new product would be coming out. He then phoned my husband and made an appointment for 3 July to bring our Will to be signed. It is 8 July 2013 and we are still waiting for Lani. He has not phoned to cancel or postpone or anything. On 1 July 2013 I also copied in Sanlam complaints and got the following response from them..Service Request number 886458967 has been allocated to this request and the estimated
date for completion is 09/07/2013... Does it really take 9 days to resolve an complaint. In the interim either me or my husband could die and we have no Will. I am extreemly dissapointed in both Lani and Sanlam as a whole.
