Incompetence all round, appalling service from FNB

So they advertise how innovative they are and how they are supposed to be thee best bank in the world. How about they hire competent staff to handle client queries? Instead I come across an unbelievable number of incompetent, unprofessional call centre agents who never understand my query and they either hang up on me or transfer me from pillar to post and this is each and every time i call the HOME LOANS/ HOUSING FINANCE DEPT. I have never come across such poor service in my life. I recently spoke to Fionah who hung up on me twice, her manager Thulani Mkhize who had no idea what he was talking about. My query was a simple request for a certificate to be sent to me regarding completing a program which FNB required me to do regarding financing my home. I had to do this twice because of their negligence (HOP DEPT) AND call back repeatedly to get confirmation of whether or not I had completed the course successfully. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE APRIL! There was an enormous lack of communication and every agent would tell me a different story form the previous. What's the point of "providing" so many services if you cant hadle them? Bad impression, disappointed, frustrated. Useless!
