Bad service

My uncle had a package of R5000.00 and when we came to fetch him they told us that we need to add the amount of R7000.00 but we told them that we are fine with the service if R5000.00 they said that R5000.00 only covered the storage only to our surprise my uncle was there for 3 days after long deliberations they said we must paid R4000.00.We joined Doves so that in times of death we will not worry about the funeral service but when at the end we had to pay again.
