What's the point of having legal advise

My first appointment withh Legalwise was this year in January, after being with them for over three years. I am now regretting for all these years that I have been paying, hoping that one day when I need help, it will be readily available.

I met with Bester Fepane on the 14th of January, seeking assistance to get the maintenance file transferred from Bloemfontein to Randburg, seeing that I have relocated to Johannesburg since 2007. A week later I sent an e-mail to make a follow up, and he promised to call me back after a week. It has been four months now, and file has still not being transferred.

When I called again last week, I am told that they don't handle maintenance matters, and they had issues with the post office. It took them four months to figure out that they don't handle maintenance issues!

Now they recommending that I must go to Bloemfontein and fetch the file personally. What frustrates me more is that had I not called, they wouldn't bother telling me all this non sense
