Reversal of money out of account and no reason why

I have a automoney machine (mini atm) at my business. On the 1.3.2013 they short paid me R140 on my transactions banked. I queried this with them and got no reply from their email dept. as well as their call centre, however I noticed that between the 14 - 18th march I was paid an extra R140. What a relief, they never answered but refunded me my money. That however soon changed, as on the 18.5.2013 they reversed the R140 out of my account. I have phoned their call centre on numerous occasions only to be told I am at the wrong department and that they will put me through to the right one. After being put through to 3 - 4 different consultants and holding on for 15 to 30 mins. my patience runs out. I finally get to the right dept. and a complaint is logged and this is where you wait and wait. I also decide to log a complaint by email and get the same run around. This complaint is now 3 months old from inception and no-one has had the courtesy
to check the above query and respond. I am totally disillusioned with this bank and am going to take my
business elsewhere, hopefully to a bank that actually cares about their customer.
