Deduction of insurance that I never agreed on

They deducted an amount from my bank account for an insurance that I did not agree on, to add insult to injury they told me that they won't refund the money into my bank account but to the car debt. How can they enforce rules on me for insurances that I never agreed on? There query has not been resolved as yet & this is the forth week already. I have been sending countless e-mails & have called them countless times yet no 1 has the decency to respond nor call me bad, talk abt service.
