Utterly Disgusted with Standard Bank, will be moving both my business account and my personal account to FNB on Next Tuesday. I drew money from an ATM on Wednesday evening around 20:00, I was paid short R1500 by the ATM!! Logged a call with Standard bank only to get told that it will take 20 days to resolve!! So Standard Bank can charge my account with the full with drawl of R5000 and yet only pay out R3500 at the ATM and then they say, oh sorry you have to wait 20 days to see if you will get your R1500 back while we investigate! What utter nonsense, its basically taking R5000 of a customers money and then only paying out R3500! Ill be taking her on Tuesday to change her account over to FNB and I will be doing the same with both my personal account and my business account. Your consultants treat the matter as if the customer is at fault! Really pathetic service from Standard Bank, who clearly are not in the business of retaining their clients in the least
