FNB a waste of time

This is my 2nd complaint now. I've read other peoples comments and it seems everyone has the same thing to say about FNB.It doesn't even help to complain because you never get any feedback that resolves your issue. When I opened my account i applied for the tablet/smartphone offer and its been almost 3 months and I was still not contacted for this after I was told someone will call me in 48hours. Also the bank charges are crazy. I used to bank with Capitec which charged me around R50 a month for bank charges but FNB charges R140 which is madness. Im starting to regret changing my acc to FNB and if the service is this bad then I might close the acc. Also it seems like I'n not earning E-Bucks. I get charged R140 in bank charges but dont even get 1 E-Buck. FNB is pathetic. They will be losing customers by the dozens by the way people are complaining about the service. I don't even care if FNB reply to this complaint or not because they won't bother to solve my issues. They will just ignore you for months and let us as the customer waste our time and money to complain about bad service.
