Appalling service at ATM machines

On a regular basis I am unable to process deposits to my account at the ATM machines in the Glen Shopping Centre. Either there is no paper to print or no envelopes or the deposit function is unavailable or the machine is not working. I have sent e-mails to Standard Bank on two occasions but have not yet had the courtesy of a reply.
