Repairs booked at another town

On the 18th May 2013 someone bumped my vehicle from behind and ran away (Hit and Run). I logged a claim with Direct Direct on the 20th May 2013. I took my vehicle to be assessed at EasyWay Assessment Centre Bryanston. Since the 20th of May 2013 this claim has been investigated and finaly on the 17 June 2013 i was adviced to take my vehicle to Zambezi Auto in Montana (Pretoria). I called my insurance company to find out how is this possible because i live in Johannesburg and it doesnt make sense for them to book my vehicle to be fixed in Pretoria. I've been dealing with a lady called Lerato Segoal and she cannot provide any answers as to why the vehicle has to be fixed in another town
