Absolutely no interest in resolving a claim

I made a claim on my cell phone insurance policy which was declined on 2 June 2013. The reason was that there was no accidental damage (I had stated that the phone had just stopped working). I took my phone to MTN who then sent it to the repair centre. They sent me a damage report indicating that there was indeed accidental damage which must have resulted in the phone not working subsequently. I re-opened my case with 24hr mobility on 28 June 2013. 5 working days later, and I have had absolutely no response as to whether anything can be done to assist. Danika is the manager in charge according all the call centre agents I have spoken to so far. She does not reply to e-mails, and her landline is never answered. I am still without a working cell phone even though I had insurance, and am under a contract.
