How Sad, Absa - you have lost the plot!

Absa, I am so disappointed to hear that no longer is the "important" clients credit rating rated by a human being but by a computer!
As a business account holder with a very good banking record for the last 4 years I feel we have been treated with no empathy when a tragic instance changed our lives. During this tragic incidence we still kept our good record and paid all of our expenses. Because we did not "trade" for one year, as per previous years as the business owner was in rehabilitation for a year and the business relied on insurance payouts to pay the overheads, we have been told by the computer that we will lose the benefits we previously enjoyed. One cannot speak to anyone in the credit dept - you have to go through your business manager. A letter explaining the circumstances why the business did not trade for a year was not acknowledged. Our business banking manager and his manager cannot tell us why we are being negatively rated. A prior business manager said the rating would improve once the business traded again. The business owner is rehabilitiated & business is back on track, going from strength to strength - but sadly we will be moving our business to another bank
