Poor Service from 24hr Mobility insurance

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding a poor service I got from 24hr Mobility insurance (0861113372). My cell phone (Nokia e6) was on the 25th of Feb 2013. I called my service provider and had my phone blacklisted on the following day and I faxed through a claim to them. I never got any response from them, then I called them and spoke to one of their consultants Deidre. She told me that my claim has been declined due to the fact that I didn't report the case to the Police station within 48hrs from the time of loss and she advised that I write a motivational letter, for them to reconsider my claim and I did but I never received any communication from them. I called again and the consultant I spoke to was rude as she placed me on hold without telling me the reason why and I ended the call as I was being charged for that call. I called again and spoke to another consultant who said they have received my claim and the motivational letter. He promised that they will call me back at 3pm on that day and no one called me, I called the following day and was told that my claim has been declined, even though I have sent the motivational letter.
