my husband had insurance with auto and general, we have cancelled all policy more than a month ago.

the end of september they still deducted money from his account for the policy. why are you still taking money from our account after we cancelled the policy???

will we be refunded for the money taken from our account after we cancelled the policy?
i want this sorted out a.s.a.p!!
