I phoned this morning about my garage door that got stuck. I cant get my car out and could not got to work. The lady that answered was superb and understood the urgency of the matter. Just after 9 Nono from claims phoned and said she will process the claim and get the contractors to come out marked as urgent. Now just before 2, the contractor office phones and says they just received the claim as urgent. 5 Minutes later they call again to say they have no one that can come today only tomorrow, but will find out again and phone me back. Now surely you cant just be using one contractor and I need to be at work tomorrow. This is unacceptable, and this after taking all my insurance to you guys and telling everyone what great service I received from you with a claim last year. I moved to Idirect because of outsurance`s pathetic service, and now it feels like I am back where I was.
